Can insurance be used for therapy?
Currently Natalie Grantner is in network with Medicare, Anthem, United Healthcare, Cigna, TriCare East and Aetna. She offers private pay. She offers limited spaces to sliding scale clients or pro bono clients with the help of Project HEAL (theprojectheal.org). Natalie is licensed in Indiana and Illinois and can provide therapy to individuals located in either state.
Can I attend therapy and Intuitive Eating/ One on One yoga?
Intuitive Eating sessions and one on one yoga can be accessed in addition to therapy, if appropriate. Individuals with active eating disorder behaviors may not be appropriate for intuitve eating at their phase in recovery. Yoga can be helpful for most individuals with a desire to work on body image and/or symptom management through mindful movement.
Do I need to be in therapy prior to starting Intutive Eating?
No, therapy is not required prior to attending Intuitive Eating sessions. However, if the Intuitive Eating Faciltator feels therapuetic intervention is necessary, she will refer that client to appropriate providers.
