Natalie Grantner, LCSW, CEDS
About Me
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Indiana and Illinois, a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS), and a Certified Intuitive Eating Practitioner. I began my mental health career in 2005 and have operated a solo private practice since 2017, with prior experience in community mental health and medical social work.
Clinical Approach
I provide evidence-informed, psychodynamic, and trauma-aware therapy for adults experiencing mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, and mental health issues related to aging or chronic illness. My training includes specialized supervision in eating disorder treatment and ongoing coursework in modern psychoanalysis and psychodynamic psychotherapy, enabling a comprehensive, empathetic approach.
What to Expect
You will be met with warmth, authenticity, and respect for your autonomy. I help clients build self-awareness, strengthen meaningful relationships, and pursue activities that support a more fulfilling life by exploring how past experiences shape present patterns.
Ideal Clients
Adults seeking deeper self-understanding and lasting change—especially those working on mood and anxiety disorders, trauma, eating disorders, or age- and illness-related mental health concerns.
Professional Involvement
Active member of the International Association of Eating Disorders Professionals and the Eating Disorder Task Force of Indiana; presenter at community events and medical conferences on outpatient eating disorder treatment and intuitive eating.
